CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
We understand that circumstances do arise when you may have to cancel. In the event of
unusual circumstances or illness please contact us at 305-661-8581. Also, your request for a
refund must be emailed to newyear@fiestaproduction.com .
Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Prior to 6:00 p.m., December 20, 2012 — Full Refund

After 6:00 p.m., December 20, 2012 & Prior to 6:00 p.m., December 24, 2012 — Refund only if ticket is resold

After 6:00 p.m., December 24, 2012 — No refunds
Note: A $10 cancellation fee will be charged for any refunds.
